Room Renovations Built Around Walls, Plaster and Paint
Most room renovations come down to the walls and ceilings. We frame them, plaster them and paint them, so the room is finished by one team instead of three.
That keeps a renovation moving. There is one quote, one crew on site and one clean-up, and no waiting on the next trade before the walls can be painted.
Renovation Work for Gold Coast Homes
Splitting a room in two, adding a study or bringing a tired room back. We handle the walls, ceilings and paint from start to finish.
New Walls & Room Layouts
Timber or steel stud walls framed to split a room, close off a study or change the layout.
Ceilings Replaced & Re-sheeted
Old or sagging ceilings taken down, battens fixed where needed, then new plasterboard put up and set.
Doorways & Openings
New door openings framed and lined, and old ones closed over so the wall looks like it was always there.
Bulkheads & Feature Ceilings
Bulkheads framed and lined around ducting, pipes or new lighting.
Plastering Older Homes
Walls patched and re-lined in older homes and Queenslanders, ready for paint.
Painting to Finish the Renovation
Every new wall and ceiling is sealed and painted by the same crew.
Renovations for Gold Coast Homes and Businesses
Renovations make dust and offcuts, so floors and furniture are covered and the rooms are cleaned up before we leave.
ResidentialHome Renovations
Bedrooms, living areas, studies and rumpus rooms reworked with new walls, ceilings and paint.
CommercialCommercial Renovations
Offices and shops refitted with new partition walls, ceilings and fresh paint.
We keep the mess to the rooms being renovated and leave them clean when we finish.
Plaster Finish Levels for Renovations
When new plasterboard meets old walls, the finish level matters. AS/NZS 2589 sets levels of finish for plasterboard, and we help you pick the right one for the light in each room and the paint you want.

Level 3: Basic plasterboard finish
Joints and screws set. Suits garages, storerooms and spaces where looks matter less.
Level 4: Standard renovation finish
What most renovated rooms get. Pairs with flat or low-sheen paint in everyday light.
Most roomsLevel 5: Smoothest plaster finish
A skim coat over the whole surface, for gloss paint or walls with light coming across them at an angle.

25+ Years of Plastering, Painting and Renovations
More than 25 years in the trade. The framing is checked before the linings go up, and the plaster is finished to suit the paint.

Yes. Our carpenters, plasterers and painters work as one crew, so a new wall goes from framing to paint without waiting between trades.
